Ich bin Jägerin seit 25 Jahren und gehe seit frühester Kindheit auf die Jagd. An der Jagd fasziniert mich die Verbindung zur Natur. Meine jagdliche Heimat ist im niederösterreichischen Alpenvorland. Ich engagiere mich beim SCI, weil Jagd meine Leidenschaft ist und ich diese Passion auch in Zukunft weltweit ausleben will.

I have been hunting for 25 years and have been involved in hunting since my earliest childhood. The fascination of hunting for me is the deep connection to nature. My native hunting ground is in the Alpine foothills of Lower Austria. I am committed to the SCI because hunting is my passion and I want to pursue this passion worldwide still in the future.

Ich engagiere mich beim SCI, weil Jagd und Artenschutz sowie deren symbiotische Verbindung für mich untrennbar verbunden sind und weltweit eine starke Lobby brauchen.

I have been a hunter for over 30 years. What fascinates me about hunting is the connection to nature and the many cultures that I encounter. My hunting home is the big wide world. I am involved in the SCI because, for me, hunting and species protection and their symbiotic connection are inextricably linked and need a strong lobby worldwide.

Die Jagd ist seit nun mittlerweile 10 Jahren ein fester Bestandteil meines Lebens. Neben meinem Engagement bei SCI bin ich auch in der Jungjägerausbildung engagiert. Erklärtes Ziel in beiden Fällen für mich ist, Bewusstsein für die Notwendigkeit und Funktionalität der Jagd in der Gesellschaft zu schaffen sowie den langfristigen Erhalt des Kulturerbes Jagd sicherzustellen.

Hunting has been an integral part of my life for 10 years now. In addition to my involvement with SCI, I am also involved in training young hunters. For me, the stated goal in both cases is to create awareness of the necessity and functionality of hunting in society and to ensure the long-term preservation of hunting’s cultural heritage.

Jagd und Fischerei haben mich schon immer fasziniert. Seit ich 2019 meine ersten Jagden in den weiten Landschaften Namibias erleben durfte, bin ich von der internationalen Jagd – insbesondere in Afrika – begeistert. Ich liebe es, wie die Jagd Menschen, Kulturen und Generationen weltweit miteinander verbindet und einzigartige Freundschaften entstehen lässt. In meinen Augen ist der SCI eine der wichtigsten Jagd- und Naturschutzorganisationen der Welt, nicht zuletzt wegen seines globalen Engagements und es ist mir eine Ehre, diese Organisation unterstützen zu dürfen.

Hunting and fishing have always fascinated me. Since I was able to experience my first hunts in the wide open spaces of Namibia 2019, I have been fascinated by international hunting, especially in Africa. I love how hunting connects people, cultures and generations worldwide and creates unique friendships.In my eyes, the SCI is one of the most important hunting and conservation organizations in the world, not least because of its global commitment, and it is an honour for me to be able to support this organization.
